


Randy Mearns is a highly accomplished figure in the lacrosse world, with a lifelong dedication to the sport that began at a young age. Growing up playing lacrosse, he developed into an elite competitor and went on to achieve one of the sport’s highest honors by winning the Mann Cup. Mearns enjoyed a successful professional career in the National Lacrosse League (NLL), earning respect for his leadership, skill, and commitment to the game.
Following his playing career, he transitioned into coaching, where he has made a significant impact at both the collegiate and international levels. Mearns served as the head coach of the Canisius College men’s lacrosse program and also led the St. Bonaventure University men’s lacrosse team. On the international stage, he represented his country as Head Coach of Team Canada in 2010, 2014, and 2018, further solidifying his legacy as one of lacrosse’s most respected leaders.
